The Mind Behind Ecommerce Psychology

Muhammed Tüfekyapan has been obsessed with what drives online sales since 2012. After helping over 100 companies across various sectors improve their conversion rates and revenue, he noticed a pattern: technical optimizations only get you so far without understanding the psychology behind purchasing decisions.

In 2015, Muhammed distilled his early insights into his first book, “Introduction to Growth Hacking,” and went on to found Growth Hacking Studio in 2017—a consultancy specializing in data-driven ecommerce growth.

His years of working with diverse Shopify stores revealed common struggles that inspired him to create Growth Suite, an AI-powered app that uses behavioral analysis to identify high-intent customers and present them with personalized offers at exactly the right moment.
